Blockchain technology is at its core a distributed ledger. Best use cases for blockchain technology are those where you want to keep track and maintain a history of that data that can not be easily modified once committed. Data that would benefit from this type of system would be things like classes and teacher records, student attendance, grading, elements of a curriculum. I am assuming a private distribution is in mind and not a publicly accessible blockchain. This way records can be maintained throughout the system without worry of modification and easy facilitation of record sharing
