You get a design for a system that’s user-friendly, efficient, and still running in five years. And the plan is yours — hand it to any developer you like, including us. If we’ve described the system properly, we shouldn’t need to be the only ones who can build it.
Security is part of that design rather than a later pass. We specialise in it, and it’s considerably cheaper to build in than to retrofit.
Supervised AI is part of how we build this
This is where supervised AI changes the economics most. Custom work used to mean paying for every line by hand, which put a floor under what was worth building at all. AI lowers that floor, so projects that never justified the timeline can now be worth doing. The architecture, the interfaces, and the judgement about what should exist stay firmly with our engineers — AI is how we implement the plan, not how we make it.
The rule is the same on every project: architecture is decided before anything is generated, every line is reviewed by a developer who could have written it, and nothing ships that we can’t explain to you. Your code and data never leave our environment — we don’t send client work to third-party AI services, and nothing of yours trains anyone’s model.

Reasonable signs yes:
- The manual workaround is now a permanent role
- You’re paying for overlapping tools to cover one process
- A competitor’s process is faster and you know why
- Compliance or security requirements that products don’t meet
Reasonable signs no:
- A configuration change to an existing tool would do it
- The requirement is still changing weekly
- Nobody internally can own it after launch
We’ll tell you which side we think you’re on. Talking you out of unnecessary work is cheaper for both of us than building the wrong thing.
